1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by Bryan Chua Yuesheng, a CEA-registered salesperson (Registration No. R067383C) with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Licence No. L3008899K). It is an independent marketing website and is not operated by the property developer.

2. Information we collect

When you use the enquiry form on this site, we may collect:

• Your full name
• Your Singapore mobile number
• Your email address, if provided
• Your property and unit-type preferences
• Your preferred contact method and viewing date, if provided
• Any message you choose to include
• Marketing-communication consent status
• Technical and attribution data such as UTM parameters, Google/Meta click identifiers, the page you submitted from, referring page, and submission timestamp

3. Purpose of collection

Information you submit is used to respond to your property enquiry, arrange a showflat appointment, and — only if you separately opt in — to send you information about other Singapore property launches and market updates.

4. How enquiries are handled

Enquiry details are sent to Bryan (and, where configured, a connected CRM or lead-management tool) for the sole purpose of following up on your enquiry. See README.md in this project for the technical configuration of that delivery mechanism.

5. Analytics and advertising technologies

This site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and/or the Meta Pixel to measure how visitors use the site and how Google Ads campaigns perform. These tools only run after you accept cookies via the consent banner — see Section 6.

6. Cookies and consent

We use a consent banner compatible with Google Consent Mode. Analytics and advertising cookies are set to "denied" by default and only load after you click "Accept all." You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or by contacting Bryan.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Enquiry data is shared only with Bryan, Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, and any lead-management, email or CRM service explicitly configured to receive it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

8. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to comply with applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data submitted through this site, including transmitting form submissions over HTTPS and avoiding storage of sensitive data in this codebase or client-side analytics.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time, by contacting Bryan at bryanjosephhhc@gmail.com.
